Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri will stay with the team for the 2023/24 season.
According to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, on Monday, the management of the club confirmed the decision to continue to work with Allegri. One of the reasons is of an economic character and is associated with significant compensation prescribed in Allegri’s contract. His current contract is valid until 2025.
This season, Juventus took 7th place in Serie A standings after a 10-point deduction. They were eliminated from the Champions League at the group stage and then reached the semi-finals of the Europa League. In the Coppa Italia, they were also eliminated in the semifinals.
