– What can FIFA and UEFA change in this regard? Are they going the right way or are they far from it? Jamie Carragher asked.
– They are very far away. They are not going in any direction.
I have already said that if you look at the field, it seems that there is diversity. But the eyes can deceive. And I am not blind.
It is not easy for me to find a job as a coach. Can you tell how many directors or coaches of minorities there are? Can you list them?
