Brighton is preparing a new transfer offer for Levi Colwill for almost £40 million.
If Chelsea sells the centre-back for this amount, it will be a transfer record for Brighton.
However, the Blues are not going to let Colwill go, as it was reported by journalist Fabrizio Romano. The footballer spent last season at Brighton on loan.
Earlier, Chelsea refused to sell Colwill to Brighton for £30 million.
