Chelsea wants to get €50-60 million and bonus payments for Kai Havertz.
Earlier it was reported that Real Madrid is interested in him.
According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, Real Madrid is in talks with the footballer. But the negotiations are far from an advanced stage now.
There is a strong likelihood that Havertz will refuse to renew his contract with Chelsea. His current contract will be valid until June 2025. Therefore, the London club is ready to sell the player this summer.
It is emphasised that Real Madrid wanted to sign Havertz even before he transferred from Bayer to Chelsea in 2020.
Kai Havertz became Chelsea’s top scorer this season. He has scored 7 goals in 35 matches.
